The Calm Factor

This seminar tackles the art of creating calm in your life. The most common complaint I hear in casual conversation is the issue of lack of peace. So many people find it so hard to experience peace of mind in this fast paced, over demanding constantly changing world.

Being calm is more of a choice and less of a discovery. We will only become more peaceful in life when we choose to live and behave in a more peaceful way every day. We can drive our cars, deal with technology and juggle our family responsibilities from a more consciously chosen peaceful perspective

The lack of personal peace and the inability to calm down is the number one complaint in doctor's offices today. We seem to be in a constant state of alertness and vigilance. Anxiety, depression and worry along with their physical counterparts are a major source of emotional and physical health issues.
