The Sun Will Come Up Tomorrow

This topic focuses both on the individual's personal capacity to handle life challenges as well as their ability to incorporate these ideas into their work day.

Optimists don't expect good things will always happen. They do; however, expect that they will find the good in whatever happens.

While it may be popular, a pessimistic attitude is just not very good for your health. It can impact our natural healing, immunity and personal spirit, work life and family.

Optimistic people on the other hand seem to have an edge on life. They deal with surprise and setback better. They heal faster and seem to get sick less often. On top of this they seem to be more encouraging of others and add to the enjoyment of any day.

  1. Optimists actively prepare for their day.
  2. Optimists live more in the present moment.
  3. Optimists cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
  4. Optimists know well the wisdom of perspective.
  5. Optimists simplify their lives and know what is important.
  6. Optimists learn to rise above the negative.
  7. Optimists have safe places to go in the middle of a difficult moment on a challenging day.
