Victims of our Thoughts
and Masters of our Minds

You are where your thoughts have taken you!

Stress originates in your thinking. Being caught up in your thinking is actually more relevant to the stress you feel than is what you happen to be caught up about.

By choosing your thoughts you choose your future. Your thoughts become your words; Your words become your actions; Your actions become your habits; Your habits become your character; and, Your character becomes your destiny.

The mind is a wonderful servant and a terrible master. We are dying from the way we think.

The events of your life are not your problems. We are the thinker of our own thoughts. The thoughts you have about the events of your life are your problems. When you insist that life go a certain way, you are always going to be disappointed.

  • Notice your thoughts
  • Interrupt your thoughts
  • Quiet time
  • Self counsel
  • Reframe your thoughts
  • Catch your thoughts
  • You can start your day over any time!
  • Be the calm before during and after the storm.
